Some facts about the age of 40  
and the Revelation

Fact. 1

The Revelation came to the Prophet (saw) when he was 40 years old.
 The verses preserved in surah 96 (Al - Alaq) .
Dear readers, those numbers were saved in the name of Prophet it self.
Add the Numerical Value of the name to the Combination of NV.

What about 84 ?
If you add those numbers to 84, it will give you the PERIOD of Al-Qur'an revealed.

40 + 84 + 96 = 220 = 22 x 10
Ihe PERIOD of Al-Qur'an revealed = 22years. 
( 632 ( the death) - 610 (revelation) = 22)

Surah 47 is surah Muhammad. This number will produce a multiple of 19 if you combine it to
the result of addition between NV and the combination of the name.

ISLAM

The Numerical Value of the name (Muhammad) is 92
The age of the Prophethood or the first revelation came to him when he was 40.
If you add those numbers, it will give you ISLAM.

92 + 40 = 132

132 is Numerical Value of ISLAM

ISLAM = Alif (1) + Sin (60)+ Lam (30) + Alif (1) + Mim (40) = 132

One of the big event after the FIRST REVELATION (40) was HIJRA to MADINA.
The year of HIJRA is 622. So the age of the Prophet in time of HIJRA is 
622 - 570(born) = 52 years. If you add this number to the age of REVELATION, it will give you the NUMERICAL VALUE of the NAME (MUHAMMAD).

The age of 40 is related to MATURITY (prime of life). The one and only surah talking about FORTY and it relation to MATURITY is surah 46 : 15.
And I feel this one is related to the revelations.

"We have ordained for man kindness towards his parents; his mother arduously bears him and arduously delivers him; and the bearing of him and the weaning of him lasts for thirty months; and then when he reaches the prime of life at the age of forty, he says : 'My Lord! Give me the will to be grateful to you for the favours you have bestowed upon my parents, and me and to do only that with which you are well pleased! Be gracious to me in the matter of my seed, for verily I turn only to you for forgiveness! And I am, indeed, of those who have surrendered!"

Is this a coincidence (or not?)  that ALLAH put this "forty" word in verse 15?
15 can be 1 to 5, because the first verses REVEALED is surah 96 verse 1,2,3,4,5.
